Shipment Policy

A complete postal delivery address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.

gerizimmount.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. Depending on the delivery location the orders can take about 3-10 working days from the date of ordering to reach you. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier service providers only.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 6pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected delays from our courier partners / transporters due to weather conditions, strikes & “force majeure” (as employed herein shall mean, acts of god, war, revolt, riot, fire, flood, pandemic, acts and regulations of the Government of India or any of its authorized agencies).

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or Email at admin@gerizimmount.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
